GAZE highlights the influence of the objectifying and misogynistic image of women that has been reproduced in films for decades. That of the woman who has internalised the ‘male gaze’ to such an extent that she embodies it even in the private bedroom. The protagonist's inner turmoil, as this automatism is exposed, unfolds over the course of the short film.
